Hello, I'm Roger Risada, and my culinary journey began in 2001. Inspired by the joy of cooking and the delicious flavors of Indian cuisine,

 I started sharing my creations at home, friends' parties, and events. This passion soon led me to open my first food business in NELSON, New Zealand. Over the next 4 years, 

I expanded my love for Indian food into four more stores in South ireland NZ, driven by the growing popularity of our cuisine. 

However, my journey took a turn when I faced health issues like diabetes and inflammation. This led me to search for answers and explore various dietary plans. Through this journey, I discovered the profound impact of ingredients and cooking methods on our health. 

I realized that cooking could be both delicious and beneficial, and I wanted to share this with others. This commitment inspired me to create curry blends, mixes, and DIY kits that make it easy for everyone to enjoy healthy, flavorful Indian food at home.
